THE IOT COMPANY & MEGA-INLINER developed in cooperation the 1st global Smart Track & Trace (STT) solution. Last week they finished a very successful test. The device engineered & designed by THE IOT COMPANY, has not only the possibility to log and send data of the position of the Mega-Inliner® Tank Container but also the temperature in / outside tank, pressure and even the volume inside the Mega-Inliner® Tank Container. The for heavy duty protected device can be simply mounted on top of every Mega-Inliner® Tank Container using a standard flange.
The STT device is composed out of state of the art technology. Next level of development is the integration of identifying the used Mega-Inliner® to validate the correct use of the Mega-Inliner®System and have a full proof closed control system. This Smart Track & Trace solution can be used to optimize the use of the Mega-Inliner® Tank Containers by embedding the ETA or EDT in the shippers and carriers planning software. In doing so maximize the use of the Mega-Inliner® Tank Container, reducing Co2 emissions, down time, quality control and providing possible future blockchain / logistic performance integration. The possibilities are endless!
